Residential Services
Trinity Surface Solutions has proven, cost effective solutions for every type of residential floor currently on the market, including solutions for tile, stone, garage floors, wood floors, tubs, and showers. Our approach will increase the Coefficient of Friction (COF) these surfaces, so they meet ADA standards and improve the safety of your family and guests. Our Anti-slip Process generally involves 4 steps:
- Identification – We conduct a walkway audit of your facility to identify potential slip and fall hazards needing attention.
- Measurement - Trinity Surface Solutions then uses a professional –grade Slip Meter, to assess the Static Coefficient of Friction ( S.C.O.F ) of your floors, to determine if your floors meet ADA or OSHA guidelines.
- Treatment – We prefer to first treat a small area with our proprietary process, at NO COST TO YOU, so you can experience the difference between the “treated” and “untreated” surfaces. Once you have approved the full service, we will apply the “micro-tread” treatment to your entire floor, until your SCOF exceeds OSHA/ADA guidelines.
- Follow-up – Even though our treatment is guaranteed for several years, Trinity Surface Solutions conducts scheduled, bi-annual visits to test and measure treated areas to ensure proper traction levels are maintained.
Pool Decks, Walkways and Lanais
Our anti-slip treatment is a non-yellowing, transparent, easy-to-apply liquid cure and seal. It provides a clear, flexible and durable abrasion- and stain-resistant protective film.
It also offers improved resistance to most of today's common pool chemicals. It is specifically designed to retain and enhance the appearance of colored concrete and exposed aggregate surfaces for years to come. The compound contains a slip-resistant additive, which establishes an easy-to-clean, anti-slip surface for traditionally slippery areas.
Wood Floors
Our scratch-resistant, anti-slip urethane sealer is crystal clear, and creates a durable finish that is chemical resistant. It is especially designed for use on Wood, Vinyl, VCT, Cork, Laminate and other surfaces. It is also available in many finishes, from matte to high gloss.
Garage Floors
Our most aggressive traction-improvement product, Tuff Grip can be used indoors or outdoors to make any floor anti-skid. Popular uses include loading ramps, rooftop walkways, warehouse floors, garage floors, and more. It is a maximum-grip coating that is environmentally safe and easy for us to apply. This coating is available in 9 colors, so we are sure to find one that is right for you.
